You can cancel according to Terms and conditions on our website. Cancellation is possible only if it is reported via this form, or under the following conditions:

• You can get a full refund for your tickets if you notify us of your cancellation at least 3 days before the start of the reserved time.
• We issue a ticket voucher with a unique code that can be used in the next 3 months for all cancellations that have been reported before the very beginning of the reserved date.
• We do not issue refunds or replacement tickets for cancellations that are reported later, or for dates that have already taken place.
