Purchase and payment

Possible forms of payment on the website are:

Payment by general money order; Payment by credit and debit cards: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, American.

Payment on arrival is possible for some products/services (events) offered by Art Bottega.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, when creating the order, a proforma invoice will be sent to your e-mail address with all the information required for the payment, including the account number to which you need to pay the value of the order. You can then make the payment using internet banking or the way you normally pay your bills – through a bank, post office or similar. After the payment has been made, your order will be considered a regular order if all data is entered correctly and completely, after which we will start processing it. If the payment is not properly received within 48 hours of sending the order, your order will not be considered proper nor will it bind Art Bottega in any way.

If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, the payment is considered completed at the time of authorization by the card issuer. After the payment has been made, your order will be considered a regular order if all data is entered correctly and completely, after which we will start processing it. If it is a package, the invoice will be attached in the package (or one of the packages if the ordered goods are delivered in several packages), except in the case that the delivery address is different from the customer’s address. In this case, the invoice will be sent by e-mail to the customer’s address.

If it is about buying tickets for one of the events organized by Art Bottega jdoo, after the successful completion of the purchase process, an invoice will be sent to your email address as a confirmation of the completed transaction.

Statement on the use of the WSPay system

Art Bottega’s online store uses WSPay for online payments. WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real-time payments, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. WSPay provides customers and merchants with secure entry and transfer of entered card data, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that WSPay has. WSPay uses an SSL certificate of 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection when entering and transferring data.

Statement of conversion

All payments will be made in Croatian currency (Kuna). For buyers from abroad, when charging your credit card, the amount in kuna displayed on the Internet store will be converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate list of the association of card companies. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a small difference between the original price shown on our online store.

Regardless of which payment method you have chosen, after you have made the payment and completed the order to the e-mail address you previously entered, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order. As soon as we prepare your order for delivery, you will receive a notification via e-mail, which will also contain a tracking code, which you can use to find out where your shipment is at any time.

On the day of delivery, the delivery service will send you an SMS message to the mobile phone number you left in the order. The message will contain notification of the expected delivery date and the shipment number for the specified delivery.

E-mail

The organizer uses your e-mail address only for the ticket ordering process, unless you decide yourself that you want to receive the newsletter as well. Cancellations, postponements and other important information about events will be sent to you by e-mail. Furthermore, we will inform you about important improvements to our website / webshop / shopping process. In any case, the Organizer does not send unsolicited advertising messages via e-mail.
