Cancel your seat

You can cancel your reserved seats according to the Rules and conditions of sale on our site. Cancellation is possible only if it is reported via this form, i.e. under the following conditions:

  • You can get a full refund of the tickets if you notify us of your cancellation at least 3 days before the start of the reserved time
  • We issue a ticket voucher with a unique code that can be used in the next 3 months for all cancellations that have been reported before the very beginning of the reserved date.
  • We do not refund money or issue replacement tickets for subsequent cancellations, that is, for dates that have already taken place.
